Common questions
What happens if the internet goes down?
The local agent at the cabinet keeps checking fingerprints and permissions. Removals and returns are stored and sync automatically when the connection is back. Only remote opening from the panel needs internet.
Can I keep the history from my current system?
Yes. As part of setup we import keys, people, permissions and the full removal and return history.
Does it integrate with my PMS or work-order system?
Yes, through the API and webhooks included with every site. For example, you can allow a key out only if the villa has an open work order.
How much does it cost to add users?
